Global provider of Flexible Solutions to the Offshore Industry - Operating Model Review and Transformation
The company was suffering from silo'd organisation and behaviours, with endemic project cost overruns eroding margins and leading to uncompetitive pricing. We took the slowdown in the offshore Oil & Gas market as an opportunity to fix things and leave the company in a fit state for when project activity picked up again. We mapped out the existing operating model, identifying the "points of pain", and launched nine straetegic change initiatives to create a lean and efficient organisation, with seamless handovers between different stages on the project journey.

International Offshore Services Group -
Global HR Operating Model Transformation
The Group had grown over the years by acquisition, with 20+ OpCos having their separate "people services" functions, resulting in misalignment and inefficiencies. We designed a unified global HR organisation for the Group based on a "hub and spoke" model (with three regional hubs), removed duplication, and introduced lean !best practice" processes throughout the organisation. This reduced HR costs by 25-30%, draatically improved staff satisfaction and removed obstacles to key individuals working across the global organisation.

Leading Engineering Procurement Construction company in MENA - Design of Knoweldge Management Organisation and Processes
The company had grown over the years as a leading and highly respeceted contractor in the Energy and Infrastructure spaces in Middle East and North Africa. It wished to develop a true end-to-end Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) capability, but it had grown to a point where it was finding difficult to retain and properly utilise even the existing knowledge and competencies. By capturing, codifying and disseminating project and technical knowledge within a comprehensive Knowledge Management system, the company was able to overcome its "growing pains" and develop into a leading EPC not just in MENA but globally.
