Mikhail has over 20 years' experience in Strategy, Business Transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions. Initially trained at leading consulting firms such as L.E.K. Consulting, Capgemini and OC&C, for over 10 years he has been serving clients through MDM Consulting as its founder and director. During that time, he has delivered dozens of high-impact projects and have collaborated with some of the leading consulting firms including Oliver Wyman, Alvarez & Marsal, Delta Partners and others.

Core areas of expertise include business case, market forecasting and financial modelling; strategy definition; design, piloting and implementation planning of strategic initiatives; optimisation of operating models and business processes; KPIs and performance management; reporting and governance.
