Mikhail has over 20 years' experience in Strategy, Business Transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions. Initially trained at leading consulting firms such as L.E.K. Consulting, Capgemini and OC&C, for over 10 years he has been serving clients through MDM Consulting as its founder and director. During that time, he has delivered dozens of high-impact projects and collaborated with some of the leading consulting firms including Oliver Wyman, Alvarez & Marsal, Delta Partners and others.

Core areas of expertise include business case, market forecasting and financial modelling; strategy definition; design, piloting and implementation planning of strategic initiatives; optimisation of operating models and business processes; KPIs and performance management; reporting and governance.

Main industry focus: Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities (Power, Gas, Water), Industrial & Manufacturing, Telecoms & Media, Financial Services, B2B Services, Healthcare & Pharma, and Private Equity. Geographic focus on the UK and Europe, with extensive international experience also in the Middle East, Central Asia, Far East and North America.
